Every product page carries an 'In stock' or 'Made to order' tag. Stock items are delivered in 3–7 working days and made-to-order items in about 4–6 weeks.

Delivery and assembly across Turkey are included in the price. In high-rise buildings without a lift a small per-floor carrying fee may apply; it is notified in writing before you order.

For distance sales you have a 14-day right of withdrawal; the product must be unused and in its packaging. There is no withdrawal right for made-to-measure or personalised products.

The frame, solid timber and metal parts have a 5-year warranty; upholstery, mechanisms and seams 2 years. Normal wear, impact and damage from incorrect care are excluded.

Yes, with the 'Request price and samples' button on the product page we send up to five samples free of charge. They reach your address in 2–3 working days.

After the survey and technical drawing a written quote is given based on material and labour. It differs from the catalogue product by 12–25% on average and does not change once approved.

We do not take trade-ins, but at delivery we dismantle your old furniture free of charge and send it to a recycling facility (up to three pieces). A small service fee applies for more.

On models with removable covers such as Liman and Alba the cover can be washed at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Velvet and microfibre fabrics are not washed but wiped with a damp cloth. Details are in the care guides.
