Included in the price
Delivery day defines a piece of furniture's value: a scratched leg or a wrongly fitted mechanism overshadows years of craft. That is why we do not subcontract delivery but use our own vehicles and crews.
On delivery day
- A two-hour time window confirmed by SMS the day before
- Advance checks of lift, stairs and door dimensions
- Carrying with floor and wall protection covers
- Unpacking and assembly in your room
- Take-back of packaging waste
Lead times by region
Lead time is 3–5 working days in Marmara and Central Anatolia, 4–6 in the Aegean and Mediterranean, and 6–9 in the East and Southeast. If a high-rise building has no lift, a small per-floor carrying fee is notified in writing in advance.
Damage and missing parts
Packages are inspected together with you as they are opened. If a part is damaged or missing, a report is made and a replacement is sent free of charge within 5–10 working days. For adjustment issues you notice within 30 days of assembly (door alignment, drawer rubbing) our service team returns.
